The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to stay in accommodation establishment to be provided. Children above the age of 12 will be counted a separate person for booking purposes. If the Guest, having children above the age of 12, wants occupancy of persons out of the displayed limit will have to pay extra amount. Some hosts may charge extra amount for the children aged between 5 to 12 years.
Check-in and check-out time are 12:00 hrs. Noon (Indian Standard Time). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the Accommodation Establishment might charge you extra for it.
Additional personal expenses like telephone charges, laundry service, camera charges, entrance fees of parks, historical places, ropeways etc. & other adventure sports that are not part of your booking plan or itinerary shall be borne by the guests directly.
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person. Therefore, it is mandatory for the guests to present a valid photo identification card such as Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Voters Card or Passport at the time of check-in. PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card. In case of foreign travelers, presentation of Passport & Visa documents is mandatory.
The Accommodation Establishments reserve the right to admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple', if supportive proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Cozy Break will not be responsible for any check-in denial due to aforesaid reason.
We accept cancellation requests through online submission of the same on our web portal by logging in users account. Only those cancellation requests, which are made by phone or e-mail to our customer support team, shall also be entertained. But, we charge a separate service fee of Rs. 500 for phone or e-mail requests. Cozy Break shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the accommodation establishments without intimating Cozy Break and through any other medium including SMS.
The cancellation charges according to the number of days before check-in date are as follows:

Cozy Break does not support changes and modifications in dates of stay whether online or offline.
The period of stay can be extended online by logging in users account or by calling our customer support team and paying the additional cost. But, this service is subject to the availability in that particular accommodation establishment.
The period of stay can be reduced, but there will be no refund for reduction period.
The number of travelers or rooms can be increased by paying the additional cost. But, there will no refund when reducing the number of travelers or rooms.
The room type or category can be changed. If the room changed is of lesser value than the originally booked, there shall be no refund in the difference. If the room changed is of higher value than the originally booked, the difference amount needs to be paid.
The booking cannot be transferred from one accommodation establishment to another. It will be treated as a cancellation and a fresh booking needs to be made.
The booking cannot be transferred to another name. Change in primary guest name is not allowed and will be treated as Invalid Information from the user.
It is requested not to call the accommodation establishment directly for reservation changes or cancellations. The accommodation establishment Owners can't make changes to or process refunds.
We take at least 7 working days to process refunds.
Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your debit/credit card or bank account.
The User undertakes to provide only correct and valid information to Cozy Break, while requesting for any services under this agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the User would violate this agreement and shall prohibit the User from availing the services from Cozy Break.
In case Cozy Break discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the User that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the User or any of them is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by him, Cozy Break, in its sole discretion, shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the User(s), including cancellation of the bookings etc. without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, Cozy Break shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services.
The User unequivocally indemnifies Cozy Break of any such claim or liability and shall not hold Cozy Break responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by Cozy Break for safeguarding its own interests and that of its genuine customers. This would also include freezing of such account or denying/cancelling any booking on account of suspected fraud transactions.
